Online therapy is easy and convenient. All you need is a high speed internet connection and a phone or computer. I use a program called Simple Practice, which offers HIPPA compliant video access. You can do sessions from anywhere you're comfortable: from your home, favorite park, or even your car! It is ideal to minimize distractions so you can get the most from our time together.
